[GRASS-user] How to use SQLite command

Dear all

I want to manage grass database with SQLite

So, I input following command from keyboard:

db.connect driver=sqlite database='gis/latlon_jpn/PERMANENT/sqlite.db'

Error: value <sqlite> out of range for parameter <driver>
       Legal range: dbf,ogr,pg....

Why error massage ?

grass manual wrote follwing message....:
GRASS is automatically creating the SQLite database if it is not yet existing.

But I find only dbf holde under PERMANENT directory... 
Why is not sqlite.db made ?

Do I need to install sqlite for cygwin ?

My grass environment: Cygwin grass62
