[GRASS-user] ps.map and scalebar

I have stalled on this because the whole scalebar there needs to be reviewed, and I don't want to pile on new patches until that is done.
Sorry for any delay, and testing reports are always welcomed. I'll eventually get to it once my current time crunch has cleared.
