[GRASS-user] where are these commands ?

hello

I am using GRASS 6.3.0RC5 in ubuntu linux. 

I did not understand where these commands are ?

Do I have to do different compilation ?

GRASS 6.3.0RC5 (bartin):~ > v.db.join help
bash: v.db.join: command not found
[Raster MASK present]
GRASS 6.3.0RC5 (bartin):~ > d.rast.leg help
bash: d.rast.leg: command not found
[Raster MASK present]
