[GRASS-user] Ecological Flows

   The relatively new concept of 'peak & ecological flows' intends to suggest
peak and minimal flows in a river system (reach-by-reach) to support
specified aquatic biota. Riparian and upland plants and animals can also be
included in the flow recommendations.

   Has anyone used GRASS to build models to look at flow requirements based
on the stream network, basin topography, channel morphometry, etc? If so,
please point me to some information on this as we are considering submitting
a proposal for such a project and I would like to propose a comprehensive
spatial analysis using GRASS as our approach.
