An important concept behind locations is that all maps in a location
share the same projection. Different locations can have different
projections. With the exception of georectification, you can only
display and manipulate maps from a single location during a working
session. In this way you are guaranteed (well almost guaranteed) that
all your maps will share the same projection and will overlay correctly.
