We have i.atcorr:
http://grass.itc.it/grass64/manuals/html64_user/i.atcorr.html

but it apparently lacks SPOT 5 HRV. If you could find the filter functions
for us, we can rather easily implement support.

The cosine correction can be implemented with r.mapcalc.
