I just slightly corrected it (r36308+r36309). I don't have a copy of 
grass64 on my machine at the moment. Could someone merge this into 64 
for me ?

Main point: "In order to link one vector object to several attribute 
tables, several category numbers per vector object are needed."

This is a bit misleading, so I erased it. Actually you need different 
layers, and thus category numbers in different layers. As this is 
explained in the part on layers, I decided to erase this sentence.
