[GRASS-user] ogdi_32b1.dll on XP64

I don't know why this dependencie was not installed.
I followed all instructions on the Compile page.

By the way, I can I recompile GRASS?
As I got several error during the compilation, I would like to recompile to
have grass running fine.
I am having several errors, I may be if I compile again many of them can be
solved.
