It says so in the manual, and v.clean prints at the beginning a summary 
of the tools and thresholds invoked. Not enough?

I find the currently printed summary including thresholds helpful, just 
to make sure every tool is used with the threshold intended, and it's 
quick and easy to figure out where a threshold value may be missing.
