   No. I use

   The above displays normally. However, when I try to look at docs, I get
the 2x2px GIF at this URL:

   When I try to look at the download page I get the same 2x2px GIF (a blank
page, of course) at this URL:

   And for Applications:

   However, if I do the same with Opera-9.64 I see:
