nope. The problem is not with compatibility with the nn code
(now that CSIRO stuff is clear), it is due to the fact that nn
depends on the Triangle library, which is non-free for
commercial use (you have to pay). That is GPL incompatible so
we can't redistribute it.

"Unfortunately" Triangle does a really great job so lots of
people use it. This pops up a lot wrt Triangle, and is both the
beauty and the pain of the GPL (the pain convinces you to let go
and write a more coplyleft friendly version, resulting in long
term beauty).
