[GRASS-user] grass64.bat.tmpl, grass64.tmpl in grass6-develbranch

there are the files grass64.bat.tmpl, grass64.tmpl.

should these maybe grass65.bat.tmpl, grass65.tmpl to avoid conflicts with a grass64-installation.
