[GRASS-user] fix for broken wxGUI on Linux

There were a couple of complains lately that wxGUI on Linux is broken. I 
just want to mention that wxGUI works for me again (no warnings, no 
errors) after I downgraded swig from 1.3.39 to 1.3.35 on Fedora 10.
Maybe downgrading swig helps on other Linux distros too.
