[GRASS-user] new g.region flag for WMS users

Hi,

fyi I've added a new flag to g.region in grass 7svn and 6.5svn to export
the current region as a WMS bbox string.

this will simplify r.in.wms a tiny bit, but is more meant to be a utility
for WMS and OpenStreetMap users in their scripts.
