[GRASS-user] Compiling GRASS with debugging symbols

Hi

I would like to compile GRASS with extra debugging information and
apparently one needs to enable 'debugging symbols'.

Which of the configuration options would add debugging symbols to the
compilation? I can't see any in the list produced by
-----
./configure --help
-----
that obviously include this option.
