[GRASS-user] Arc Binary coverages- arggg!

I have a couple of files that are in this format...

aat.adf  arx.adf     dbltic.adf  metadata.xml  prj.adf  txx.adf
arc.adf  dblbnd.adf  log         par.adf       txt.adf

they are arc binary data correct.  Is there anyway I can use these
with GRASS or QGIS?
