[GRASS-user] Compiling a Python-Script in Windows

Greetings

I have developed a Python script for GRASS in Linux, that calls a 
external module, and now I have tried to compile it in Windows using 
this command:
make -C callexternalmeanshift.py 
MODULE_TOPDIR=/c/osgeo4w/apps/grass/grass-6.4.0svn

but I get this error:
