[GRASS-user] sqlite in grass7

configure GRASS with sqlite support (default is 'no')

  --with-sqlite           support SQLite functionality (default: no)
  --with-sqlite-includes=DIRS
  --with-sqlite-libs=DIRS SQLite library files are in DIRS
