[GRASS-user] Question regarding Wiki: Compiling GRASS on MS-Windows

I'm following this wiki http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/wiki/CompileOnWindows and
I have one question regarding:

Download the MinGW packages: (* updates may be found
here<https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=2435>
*)

   - *Temp bugfix* (see  here <http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ticket/118>), *
   msysCORE-1.0.11-bin* from
here<http://downloads.sourceforge.net/mingw/msysCORE-1.0.11-bin.tar.gz>


THis is asking me to install in C:\MinGW. Is this ok or I should install in
c:\osgeo4w folder?
