[GRASS-user] WARNING: Next edge was visited but it is not the first one !!! breaking loop

I'm trying to run *v.buffer* on a polygon layer and I get the following
warning multiple times:

*WARNING: Next edge was visited but it is not the first one !!! breaking
loop*

And then the Grass doesn't do anything!
Is that a bug?
