Hi Martin,
I've come across the same 'extrastyle' error, building the weekly
snapshot (2011 03 12) on OS X 10.6.6.
I checked out r45640, which builds as expected. However, when the GUI
starts this is printed to the console:

The GUI appears functions normally despite these messages, although I've
not tested it extensively.
These errors are also present in the current svn (r45710).
