[GRASS-user] Two different raster maps with only NULL?

Hi

in simulations (R) I create teh following two raster layers (
HSericea_individuals_2006 and HSericea_individuals_2007) and, as you can see
below,
HSericea_individuals_2006 has no range, and HSericea_individuals_2007 has
them. The problem is, that I can not read the HSericea_individuals_2007 into
R. So I have two questions:

1) How can this happen, that the one has range information, the other
doesn't (probably rather an R question...)?
2) How can I delete the range info?
