[GRASS-user] geoPDF

I'd like to bring one of the new USGS topo maps into  into GRASS.  I understand that GDAL now supports converting geoPDF to geoTIFF.  I don't see geoPDF listed in the common file formats pulldown in the Import Raster Data dialog box.  Do I need to run GDAL from the command line to make this conversion?

I'm using GRASS 6.4.1 on OS X 10.7.4.  I've downloaded the latest KyngChaos GDAL framework, GDAL 1.9 complete.
