[GRASS-user] removing polygons from stream network

[ambrish dhaka]

Hi all,
I have extracted a shape file of rivers but at the junction, and along the path as well some of the stream lengths have polygon bodies, which I want to straighten as lines and get a more clean river network.
Kindly, guide me through the steps.
