[GRASS-user] How we can Import data using XLS file rather csv and how we can build polygon by two or more line arc

I am not satisfied with the answer with respect to the problem as " how we
can build polygon by two or more line-arc ". The way said I am trying
before that and I need more appropriate practical way not just concept.
