[GRASS-user] North Carolina data set repackaged for GRASS 7

Hi,

to facilitate things, I have repackaged the North Carolina dataset
for GRASS 7. While a data update is on the way, this package is the
same as available for GRASS 6, just with all attributes in SQLite now
and vector topology rebuilt.

There is also a smaller subset available.

I have updated the winGRASS7 installer to fetch this new package.
