[GRASS-user] wingrass6 "d.mon png" and wingrass7 gui start failure in XP

It seems that WinGRASS (WinGRASS-7.0.svn-r53520-384-Setup.exe) is affected too.

Message after starting GUI is:
 Can not find entry point sqlite3_rtree_geometry_callback of the
procedure in the dynamic link library sqlite3.dll.

Is there any solution or workaround for user, like to use older
version of WinGRASS or sqlite/spatialite?
