it indicates that another user uses this mapset or you just didn't
quit GRASS correctly. To access this mapset again, simply remove the
lock file.

rm /home/albert/grassdata/bol/PERMANENT/.gislock

"waiting" is a nice word ;-) Please next time think about more
reasonable subject.
