[GRASS-user] Make 3D soil-profiles

Hi!
I want to fetch a rasterdata(.jpg)-soilprofile to an polyline in 3D. The jpg-picture should then look like a curtain, falling down of the polyline, so to say... this would be an example how i think the result should look like: http://www.terramath.com/software/sr_1.jpg

Do you have an idea to solve this problem with GRASSGIS, i have no glue...
