sorry about my previous mail. Pressed the send button too quickly.

The top page at the Official master site at OSGeo.org
mentions " Last change: 09-Dec-2013" and top
page of mirrors at Namibia, Japan, Poland and Romania
all show " Last change: 25-Oct-2013". So I guess there is
some issue at the Polish Tier 1 site.

BTW, the FOSS4G2004 site is finally back online again at
[1]
