[GRASS-user] new to grass

Others may and will have differing opinions, but mine is that
new users should stick with the stable released versions whenever
possible. Sure, there isn't the latest improvements in it, but
at least when you come across a problem and spend hours trying
to figure it out you won't get to the end to learn that it's a
bug in new & untested code and not just an investment in the learning curve. Sure, ride the bleeding edge if you like, just keep in mind the risk. ... And if you do use a development snapshot, please help with the process by reporting (and/or fixing) any bugs you do find.
