[GRASS-user] getting from DBF to SQLite

This could cause problems with SQLite directory locking because of
[0]. Therefore I would prefer to restore the previous behaviour of
allowing '$GISDBASE/$LOCATION_NAME/$MAPSET/vector/$MAP/sqlite.db
