[GRASS-user] nviz crashes when using save image as maximum resolution ppm

Dear All,

I am trying to produce a reasonable size image from NVIZ.  Grass 6.4.3 on Ubuntu 12.04 (32 bit, 2GB of memory).  The code produces 361 tiles and states it is assembling these and then NVIZ crashes leaving 361 tiles disassembled.

Is this a bug?

Is there a work around?
