I recently updated the download pages:

http://grass.osgeo.org/download/software/linux/
http://grass.osgeo.org/download/software/ms-windows/
http://grass.osgeo.org/download/software/mac-osx/

with links to the GRASS 7 snapshot installers. Perhaps that helps?
