[GRASS-user] Problems to install latest 7.0 and 7.1 Linux binary snapshots

This is strange. Both compilation (`dist-<platform>` contains `gui`
dir) and installation (`make install`) works. There must be something
wrong with the script on the server which produce these tarballs...
