[GRASS-user] GRASS GIS 7.svn 860 StartUp Problem

Hi,

I've experienced a startup problem in recent builds (858, 859 and 860) of
GRASS GIS on Windows 8.1 x64. The same problem occurred at two PCs I've
used (in my office and at home).

I've recently formatted my home PC and install Windows 8.1 x64 and clean
install GRASS GIS 7. Nothing changed..!

Here is the startup error log:

Is there anybody faced similar problem?
How can I solve the problem?
