[GRASS-user] Could not use d.rast and d.vect

I have problem with my GRASS 6.4.3 installed on Win7 from OSG4w package.

When I use d.rast in command line, it reports the libfreetype-6.dll missing. 
When I use d.rast in comand console, it reports the following error:

I tried to set region as seen others messages. However, it does not work.
Please help me for this. Thanks!
