GRASS freezes. When I kill the process, terminal prints:

ERROR: Invalid return code from GUI startup script.
Please advise GRASS developers of this error.

XY location (unprojected)

(that is from =g.proj -p= run in the GRASS location where the GRASS CLI creates the location via the "-c" flag and the file I then import.
