[GRASS-user] Same projection, different units

   I need to convert from feet to meters in the project location. Same
projection, datum, etc.; change only the units.

   EPSG code 2913 is the Lambert Conic North Oregon NAD83 (HARM) projection,
but in feet. I do not find the same projection with units in meters.

   Can one of the *.proj modules change units (recalculating values) within a
location and/or mapset?
