[GRASS-user] treating hyperspectral images in GRASS

Hi,

I'm currently looking into treatment of hyperspectral data in GRASS and
have several questions:

1) I've seen that the addons i.spec.unmix and i.spec.sam have been
ported to GRASS 7. Great job ! However, documentation is a bit sparse.
One major question I have: does the signature matrix that is needed for
these modules have to be projected to the same bands as are in the image
it is compared to ? Or can these modules handle more generic
signatures ?


2) Has anyone applied any other dimension reductions than PCA on
hyperspectral data in GRASS ?

3) Has anyone tried to implement any of the automatic endmember
targeting algorithms in GRASS ?
