there seems to be a problem with the libgomp-1.dll.

libgomp is the GNU Offloading and Multi Processing Runtime Library.

please open a new ticket at https://trac.osgeo.org/grass and give following
information:

- winGRASS standalone installer or OSGeo4W-winGRASS
- 32bit or 64bit
- which version.
