[GRASS-user] Grass gis 7.4.2 compilation

Is there any link for a zip file containing all the required libraries of
grass 7.4.2. because an offline user cannot run download libraries through
osgeo4w.And if the internet system is not having 64 bit and if I wish to
use those libs , i cannot download.so may i know whether any path for  zip
folder containing all libs is available?
