   The above work, but ...

   This doesn't:

   r.mapcalc 'dbuois_crk_dem=bedem'
   ...
   ERROR: r.mapcalc: Sorry, <dbuois_crk_dem> is not a valid parameter
   [Raster MASK present]

   I'm not seeing what I've done incorrectly.
