[GRASS-user] grass77 daily packages under python2to3

Hi,

based on discussion [1] has been done first changes in wingrass77
daily builds [2] to support Python3. The process will take some days,
meanwhile winGRASS 7.7 daily packages can be broken or non-functional.
We will inform you when a first working package will be available for
testing.
