PS: The procedure:

--> Sign in (upper right)

* If you don't have an OSGeo account, you can create one by going to:
https://id.osgeo.org/ldap/create

* If you forgot your user ID you can search by common name using this form.
   http://old.www.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/ldap_web_search.py   (I guess
there is a newer page)

1. Login with your OSGeo id

2. Fill in your profile information, taking special care to provide a
   photo and add yourself to your local chapter, along with any projects
   or committees you take part in (scroll down for this).

3. Save and check here:
