[GRASS-user] g.region asks for file association in Grass 7.4.0 with Windows 10

Dear Grass users,

I'm running GRASS 7.4.0 in Windows 10 and when I try to run the command

> g.region raster=MyMap

Automatically opens a dialog box from Windows 10 asking "How do you want to
open this file?"

I went through the "more apps" option and navigated to:

"C:\Program Files\GRASS GIS 7.4.0\bin\g.region.exe"

and choose it.. but did not work...

How could be possible to solve this issue to be able to run g.region
command?

Thanks a lot for your help.

Best,
Gabriel
