[GRASS-user] g.region asks for file association in Grass 7.4.0 with Windows 10

I have just made it work properly g,region by uninstalling grass 7.4 and
installing the complete Q-GIS package: OSGeo4W Network Installer (64 bit)
from
https://qgis.org/en/site/forusers/download.html
I run Grass 7.4.1 from this installation and works pretty well fro me!!
