   Oops! I forgot to include this information:

GRASS 7.7.svn (willamette_basin):~/data/grassdata/willamette_basin > db.connect -p
driver: pg
database: willamette_river_hg
schema: 
group:

   If db.connect finds the driver and database, what might be the reason that
db.copy cannot?
