[GRASS-user] Make error for 'default' target

   Infrequently building from 7.5svn trunk I get an error. These usually
point to a component that did not build properly. This time the error is one
I've not before seen:

Finished compilation: Tue Sep 18 13:59:33 PDT 2018
Makefile:57: recipe for target 'default' failed
make: *** [default] Error 1

   This does not prevent root from installing the application on
Slackware-14.2 and I would appreciate understanding what might have caused
this.
