[GRASS-user] Flood Forecasting Tool

Hello dear Grassians!
I want to forecast flood around a river. I would like to know what is the
best tool in GRASS or applications based on GRASS to do this. The best case
scenario is to have a system that could connect to a weather service for
live forecasting. Is it a possibility?
